Vets Recommendation:
-
Dogs & Cats
50lb or under 1,000mg x day = 2 pump daily
Dogs greater than 50lb 2,000mg x day = 4
pumps daily
Dogs greater that 100l 3,000mg x day = 6

or as recommended by your Veterinarian. OK
to refrigerate
1 pump = 1/2
teaspoon.
Or as recommended by "your" Veterinarian
We recommend that
you use the oil once opened in about 60 days,
this doesn't mean that the oil will go bad after
60 days. The best way to now if the oil is good
is by smell. If it's smells rancid is time to
get a new bottle. If you keep it in the fridge
it will last much loner but such is not
necessary.

KNOWLEDGE IS POWER
Cod liver oil, as its name suggests, is
an oil extracted from cod livers. It is a nutritional supplement, in the
past commonly given to children. Cod liver oil is one of the most
effective providers of omega-3 fatty acids, an excellent source of
vitamin A and vitamin D, and also contains (EPA and DHA). It is
widely taken to ease the pain and joint stiffness associated with
arthritis but has also been clinically proven to have a positive effect
on heart, bone and brain health, as well as helping to nourish skin,
hair and nails.
High quality cod liver oil is "a
pale-yellow, thin, oily liquid, having a peculiar, slightly fishy, but
not rancid odor, and a bland, slightly fishy taste."
