Customers Return Policy: Our
products are guaranteed. If your pet doesn't like our treats or oils, simply send the unused portion back for a refund along with the original receipt.
This only applies to orders placed with us. If you have purchased any of our
products in a retail store you must returned such items to the original pet
store. Some stores do not have the same policy than us.
A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER MUST BE
OBTAIN PRIOR TO SENDING THE PRODUCT BACK. PLEASE
EMAIL US TO
OBTAIN SUCH RA#. ANY PRODUCTS RECEIVED WITHOUT THE APPROPRIATE RA# WILL BE
DESTROYED IMMEDIATELY AND NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUE.
SHIPPING COST WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. ONLY
THE COST OF THE PRODUCTS THAT YOU ARE RETURNING.
