ICELAND PURE RETURNS POLICY FOR RESALE ACCOUNTS ONLY

Product replacement for orders sent with errors. Return Authorization # is required. Please send us an email (returns@icelandpure.com) with invoice # and a brief explanation of the error.

If you receive your order and product is missing we will ship the missing product at no cost. Please send us an email (returns@icelandpure.com) with invoice # and a brief explanation of what you are missing. After verifying shipment weight we will ship the missing item/s or we will issue a Credit to your account.

If damage occurs in transit you MUST SEND us an email (returns@icelandpure.com) within 72 hours of receiving the order. This includes leaks and dented bottles. If you do not notify us withing 72 hours we CAN NOT process your return. No cash refunds, we will issue a Credit to your account. Damaged must be noted in carriers BOL, if such is not noted we cannot process your claim.

We DO NOT accept your customer’s returns for larger size bottles (17oz and 33oz) NO exceptions. We encourage that you advice new customers of this policy.

8.75oz bottles returns WILL be accepted and credited to your account. Please send us an email (returns@icelandpure.com) requesting RA # to process such return.

We DO NOT accept returns for expired product. Shelf life of our oils is at least 13 months from your purchase date.

We DO NOT accept returns for dented bottles. Every bottle is inspected prior of shipping. We do not ship bottles that are dented under any circumstances.

If a pump is not working properly, is broken during shipping or leaks once installed we will only replace the pump and NOT the bottle. In the event that your customer brings back a bottle with a pump that is not working properly please replace it by another pump DO NOT give you customer a new bottle, if you do, we WILL NOT replace such bottle. Please send us an email (returns@icelandpure.com) and we will mail you the replacement pump MAKE SURE to include the pump size.
